Replacing your Sand Filter to Cartridge

Checking the date of your current sand filter is crucial. Most sand filters in Southern Utah we see are over 10 years old, with sun rotted fiberglass and old sand inside that has never been changed. We've experienced a lot of filters in Southern Utah that have long out lived their usefulness, due to sun and weather exposure as well as usage of the pool. When we've determined that your sand filter lifespan is over, we only replace it with the best in our experience, a cartridge filter. Cartridge filters can screen out twice as much debris as a sand filter. (Down to 10 Microns) The finer filtration creates a more efficient, safer, and crystal clear oasis in your backyard.

Some not all, swimming pools have an expandable joint around the swimming pool coping. he mastic acts like a seal between pool coping and deck to keep your deck dry. If the pool caulking around coping wears down, then you could experience cracks in the concrete or rotted wood decking from spilled-over pool water, which can cause some severe damage over time. Mastic pool repair might be necessary after a few years to several years, depending on weather conditions, how often you use your pool, and other variables. One of the most tell-tale signs that you may need to replace pool mastic is cracks in the mastic itself and your decking. Cracks signal that your pool may be struggling to keep up with settling and weather changes and that the mastic may not be expanding and contracting enough to allow for those changes. We provide replacing and installing new Mastic.
